I tried not to hate it, I tried to give it a fair shake. Oh how I tired to like it, or at a minimum not loathe it.
I failed, it's terrible. I found it very hard to get through the whole thing.

K, I wanted to like it, I gave it every chance, but it was a cringe worthy pale imitation.
I will give them one more chance, maybe the original scripts will be better.
Yes Idol is terrible, and itself not original (Pop Idol anyone?) but it's a different kind of trainwreck. When a kid with a good voice picks a good song (not often enough) it's not that bad.
